Kids choose topics from different categories
Sports, movies, games, music, art, social topics, etc.
Kids do research on given topic and use it to create a video
Videos can be like segments on a news show
Encourage creativity and experimentation

One big website with subpages created by the kids
Similar to video class, kids choose a topic and write the subpage based on that
Incorporate images, links, different formats, etc.
Cover multiple facets of the topic
Could have crossover with the youtube page

Goal is to get the basic idea of web development across, nothing too technical

- Topic of what they will talk about e.g. today I will be reviewing the new Guardians of the Galaxy movie
- Come up with list of questions to help with building content for video why you like or dislike, favorite scenes, etc.
