Schedule
For the 8 week program.
Week 1 – Vision – Teams will have to work together to agree on the purpose of the site. It should be appropriate of course but needs to deliver value that can be qualified.
Week 2 – Requirements, design and planning – Since this is only 8 weeks teams will need to agree on what the site should do and functionality that they want to put in. Need to define critical path so that value will be delivered. Roles should be given to team members so each team member is clear on their responsibilities
Week 3/4/5 – Build – Once requirements are finalized students should focus on the build. Google sites can be created relatively quickly using site functionality. For the overall site this should be fine.
Week 6 – Testing – With sites fully up and running all functionality needs to be tested and errors need to be corrected.
Week 7 – Presentation – All teams should present the sites with each team member explaining their role and contributions.
